If you are a double espresso drinker, you are someone who believes in logic. You are an extremely practical person and are not susceptible to flights of whimsy like some of your friends. Like a single espresso drinker, you are a very hardworking person. However, you function much better with clear, concise direction from others. You do your best at work when your boss tells you exactly what they want.
A shot or small portion of unsweetened coffee, now usually made either using an espresso machine or a moka pot, but traditionally made using a cloth drip, usually served in cups made for the purpose, called "tazitas de pocillo." It is widely drunk in Latin America, usually as an afternoon or after-dinner coffee. The defining feature is the size, usually half to a quarter the size of the usual ~8 US fluid ounces (240 ml) coffee cups. Generally the best type of coffee to use in order to make a great tasting cup of black coffee is that which has been freshly ground. The reason why freshly ground is better is because after a couple of days ground coffee generally begins to lose its taste. Also if you are going to make coffee on your stove top then only keep it on there for a few minutes as any longer and the coffee will lose some of its taste and in some cases will become bitter. So it is better if you serve the coffee as soon as you have made it. Also you should use about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every cup that you make expect in the case of espresso. If making an espresso it is best to follow the guidelines that your espresso machine will have.
So, how if you feel bored with the original black coffee? If you really want add something to your coffee, you can add the low calorie sweetener and low fat milk. You can also add soya milk instead of fatty dairy milk. In addition, you better choose the light or medium roasted coffee bean, since the dark roasted coffee bean may not give enough substance needed to burn fats. The chlorogenic acid may damage during the heating process of dark roasted beans.

Again, it's the caffeine working here. Your recommended maximum amount of caffeine is 400 milligrams, roughly the amount that you’ll get from 4 cups of coffee. If you’re caffeine-sensitive, be careful with coffee. You are probably already aware what amount and what kind of coffee suits, or doesn't suit you. Want to lose a little weight? Not as active as you’d like to be? Drink coffee. As one of the few substances to ever be directly associated with burning fat, caffeine is found in nearly every fat burning or weight loss supplement. This doesn’t mean you should drink coffee instead of working out. You should probably still do both. But it can lead to a healthier, happier you.

Measure what you are putting into your coffee- If you are brewing your coffee manually, I recommend the process of weighing or measuring the water and the coffee for your recipe. Your additives should be no different. Measure the cream and sugar you put into your coffee. This will get you consistent results through the whole process, brewing to drinking. It would be a shame to meticulously weigh and brew your coffee only to haphazardly eyeball the amount of cream or sugar you add. It is better to be consistent. Measuring your additives will also serve the purpose of showing you exactly how much cream and sugar you are consuming.
This article has inspired me. I’m having a devil of a time leaving the half and half out of my coffee. After reading this, it would seem that all things are possible..even changes with my half and half. So, tomorrow I’m going to try 1 tablespoon half and half, and 1 tablespoon 2% milk. People with Parkinson’s disease are less likely to be smokers and coffee drinkers than their healthy siblings. Just make sure you don’t get lung cancer on the way. From the Archives of Neurology (link). Even newer research out of Sweden revealed that drinking coffee reduces the risk of Parkinson’s even when genetic factors come into play. link. Yet another study (published here) found that caffeine combined with EHT (a compound found in coffee beans) provided protective benefits to rats that were genetically predisposed to developing Parkinson’s.

You will need a shot of espresso or strongly brewed coffee, a cup of steamed milk (250 g), sugar to taste, and a tablespoon (15 ml) of cocoa powder or chocolate syrup. Add the cocoa/chocolate syrup to the warm coffee and stir to avoid lumps. Add in milk and sugar and mix it together. If you want it iced, just add a handful of ice and put it into a blender.
