Another study published in the June 17, 2008, issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine showed that women who consume coffee had a lower risk of death from cancer, heart disease, and other factors, which therefore promotes a longer lifespan. Yet another study published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that coffee drinkers were at less risk of dying prematurely from diseases like diabetes, heart disease and forms of cancer. Study link. Another study from Japan found that men who drink at least 3 cups of coffee per day have a 24% less risk of dying early from disease. Yet another study from Harvard also confirmed that those who drink 1-5 cups of coffee a day avoid diseases linked to premature death. The study. The method of preparing these three black coffees, namely Black eye, Red eye and Dead eye, are similar except the proportion of espresso added in each. These 3 black coffees are prepared by adding shots of espresso with dripped coffee and do not contain sugar or milk. In “Black Eye Coffee” two shots of espresso are added with dripped coffee; in Red eye, a single shot of espresso is added with dripped coffee and in Dead eye coffee, three shots of espresso are added with dripped coffee.
Jerry this may have been a side effect of the radiation. The tingly feeling as if drinking a 7Up may have been caused by the coffee hitting raw inflamed skin in your throat. I have an uncle who experienced this exact same thing. Give your body time to heal and you may find your coffee taste didn’t change much. I know that the hotter the coffee is the more likely you will get the 7UP feeling. Try cooling your coffee down a tad before drinking yo see if this helps.

Cortado: means "cut" in Spanish so the double shot espresso served in a demetesse glass supported with a metal handle is "cut" with an equal part of hot milk, making it in between the size and strength of a macchiato and a cappuccino. It is popular in Spain and Portugal, as well as throughout Latin America and Cuba, where it is drunk in the afternoon. Mazagran (sometimes misspelled as Mazagrin) is a cold coffee drink that originated in Algeria. It is typically served in a tall glass, and is made with coffee and ice. Sometimes sugar, rum, lemon or water is added. Sometimes a fast version is achieved by pouring a previously sweetened espresso in a cup with ice cubes and a slice of lemon.
